CONCERT OF LITHUANIAN CLASSICAL MUSIC - 24 MARCH 2007

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of signing the Treaty of Rome Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania cordially invites you to the concert of Lithuanian classical music on Saturday (24 March, 2007) at 4pm. at the Dominican Church (avenue de la Renaissance 40, 1040 Etterbeek Brussels).

Works of distinguished Lithuanian composers (Eduardas Balsys, Bronius Kutavicius, Vidmantas Bartulis etc.) will be performed by the orchestra of the Royal Music Conservatory of Mons (Belgium) (the conductor Daniel Gazon, organ soloist Jean-Philippe Merckaert).

The premiere of the music piece ,,Perpetual Pulsing Transience” by the Lithuanian composer Žibuoklė Martinaitytė will take place. The composers Žibuoklė Martinaitytė and Loreta Narvilaitė will be present in the concert.
