Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania and Belgium on June 2nd signed an agreement for cooperation on accepting diplomat in Lithuanian Embassy in Belgium during Luxembourg’s Presidency

Agreement was signed by the Chancellor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Jurate Raguckiene and by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Secretary General Dirk Achten.

"Belgium is an important partner for Lithuania in the European Union. We are glad about practical cooperation between two countries, "- J.Raguckiene said during the ceremony. The Belgian Foreign Ministry Secretary General also highlighted the value of new practical cooperation between EU national diplomatic services.

Luxembourg is accredited by the Lithuanian Embassy in Belgium
