On the 24th of September Ambassador Gediminas Varvuolis was on working visit in Luxembourg. In a business lunch kindly organized by His Excellency Mr. Guy Yelda, Ambassador of France in Luxembourg, the main priorities of the Lithuanian economic diplomacy were presented to the Director General of Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry Mrs. Camille Thommes, President of the Luxembourg Bankers Association Mr. Serge De Cillia, General Director of the Chamber of Commerce Mr. Carlo Thelen, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Luxembourg.

During the visit the working meetings were also held with Mr. Marc Angel, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Luxembourg Parliament, Mr. Leo Faber, deputy of Secretary General of Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives from political and economic departments and Board President of Community of Lithuanians in Luxembourg Mrs. Egle Jurienė.
